Business Development Rep

• Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von aktuell 6 bis perspektivisch 10 BDRs und stärkst dabei Skills, Motivation und Performance in enger Abstimmung mit Sales und Marketing.
• Dabei treibst du die Outbound-/Cold-Acquisition voran, optimierst Qualifizierungsansätze, Messaging und Positionierung und unterstützt dein Team hands-on bei Discovery und Einwandbehandlung.
• Zudem stellst du sicher, dass qualifizierte Meetings und Opportunities zuverlässig an Sales übergeben werden, baust die Pipeline aktiv auf und verbesserst Conversion-Rates entlang des Funnels.
• Gleichzeitig priorisierst du Aktivitäten über mehrere Produkte, Regionen und Zielsegmente hinweg und steuerst Ergebnisse transparent.
• Darüber hinaus analysierst du Funnel- und KPI-Performance, erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig, leitest Maßnahmen ab und erstellst regelmäßige Reports; Markt- und Zielkundenentwicklungen hast du dabei im Blick.
• Du entwickelst Qualifikationsstandards, Übergabeprozesse und CRM-Disziplin weiter, etablierst skalierfähige Abläufe und unterstützt den Ausbau des BD-Teams.

• Prepare, manage and execute detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Functional and disciplinary leadership, including coaching, of an 8-member expert team in Product Data Architecture.
• End-to-end responsibility for architecture principles, technical standards and their continuous review (Data Governance).
• Definition of logical dependencies, validation rules and plausibility checks to ensure the highest level of data consistency.
• Conceptual design of data entry screens and menus with a focus on usability, performance and clarity.
• Establishment of systematic verification processes (manual and automated) and the creation of reference, test and sample databases as quality benchmarks.

• In collaboration with the Clipper service team, you will be responsible for delivering billable services for Forterro clients.
• The majority of interventions take place remotely, via videoconference, or independently while respecting deadlines and the client's specifications.
• You will work within a small team where autonomy, communication, and information sharing are essential.
• After an onboarding period within the Clipper service team, you will perform various technical and functional services for our clients.
• Your role will cover the following areas:
• Training Clipper ERP users remotely, via videoconference, and consistently producing session reports.
• Implementing customizations in WinDev: print layouts, windows, exports, imports, macros, and user code.
• Migrating existing customizations during updates or version changes.
• Writing specifications (functional and technical) in collaboration with clients and their partners to define requirements.
• Resolving client support tickets, ensuring thorough follow-up and appropriate responses.
