Risk

• Build a service-oriented approach into communications and interactions with all internal and external stakeholders
• Work with internal staff to maintain, cross-check and verify the accuracy of data sets including email distribution lists and reports
• Support the scheduling, coordination, and maintenance of a centralized team calendar
• Responsible for facilitating the delivery and tracking of member governance programs
• Accurately maintain and update a centralized contact list for all member leaders in Excel
• Assist with all elections within our Member Network
• Work with financial and data analysts to ensure Member Network funding reports and activity reports are accurate
• Prepare governing documents in conjunction with the financial team for legal filings
• Produce email meeting notices, including relevant attachments
• Organize and maintain folders within MS Teams and a common shared drive
• Collaborate and cooperate with colleagues on a daily basis

Member Governance Coordinator

Sales

• Partner with the National Sales Managers to build and grow profitable relationships with distributors and their agents
• Execute field requests for face-to-face training, webinars, in-agency training, and onboarding
• Develop and execute call campaigns including proactive outbound sales calls, to promote and position Foresters Financial products and member benefits, to distributors and their appointed agents
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Foresters Financial life and annuity products, services, and competitive advantages
• Identify training needs and gaps across assigned distribution, then develop tailored solutions to close them
• Report progress on sales support activity and marketing campaigns, to Nationals Sales Manager and direct Manager
• Respond to incoming inquiries on Forester’s Financial life and annuity products, illustrations, the agent portal and marketing materials
• Represent Foresters Financial professionally across all internal/external interactions-verbal, written communication, and at events

National Sales Specialist

• Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business
• Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clients
• Promote products through presentations, seminars and other approaches
• Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times
• Able to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services
• Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results
• Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales
• Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars
• Be the primary contact for escalated support for distributors
