About the role
- Establishing and overseeing standards for the performance and results of the Nursing team.
- Partnering with the Senior Director Physician, North America, to address complex nursing and patient care issues.
- Auditing the maintenance of accurate documentation for confidential medical data including employee health records, medical leave of absence, etc.
- Expertise in administering physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and screenings, and the counseling and educating of patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in the nursing field coordinating nursing activities, developing health programs, and maintaining a medical recordkeeping system
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Unrestricted state licensure in the state of practice
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience with a Master’s degree
- 2+ years experience in nursing leadership and team management
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse by the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses (ABOHN) or international equivalent
