Own regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reports for total FCSD-E and at segment level (Pro, Blue, Model e) to be shared with FoE Senior Management via Sharepoint/e-mail
Run monthly Risk&Opps Forecast meeting with FoE Senior Management
Develop Unit in Operation information for Europe and NSCs
Develop Business Plan by segment for FCSD-E Marketing in close cooperation with Finance, Regional Office and Business Units
Develop FCSD-E Sales Budget and propose monthly calendarization based on historical experience, NSC input and future strategic trends
Support yearly Conditioning process to convert reports to current year conditions
Develop new reports to support strategic decision making of Senior Management and Business Units
Support Wholesale Sell-Out Reporting with weekly/monthly update
Coordinate NSC input for selected Wholesale reports (REACT-SOR, PSN Website, local data)
Support Yield Management actions by preparing quarterly report on selected Wholesale Partners
Maintain business ownership of Global Internal Business Information Source (IBIS) with FCSD-E Profit Analysis including data accuracy, system feed (SAP) and performance reliability
Maintain Sales Planning & Analysis Sharepoint Site
Identify and address functional gaps, develop business specifications and oversee system enhancements and UATs
Lead User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and maintain access control procedures
Requirements
University degree in Economics/Business
1-2 years’ experience in database management, data interpretation
Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, experience in cross-functional collaboration
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Well-developed IT skills – Advanced end-user applications skills in MS Excel
Foundational knowledge of PowerQuery and SQL
Ability to proactively progress an issue, develop options and recommendations and see through to resolution
Ability to explain complex processes and reports
System approach interpreting data transfer process across multiple systems
