About the role

  • Define and operationalize foundational enterprise architecture processes and strategy for Industrial Systems EA
  • Lead implementation, configuration, and management of a new Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool
  • Establish a streamlined architecture intake process to capture and manage architectural demands
  • Support and facilitate Architecture Review Boards (ARBs)/Tech Councils to ensure architectural consistency
  • Collaborate with EA leaders and architects to drive adoption of processes and tools
  • Hybrid role onsite four days/week at the Product Development Center (PDC) in Dearborn; relocation assistance may be available

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related technical role
  • Proven experience in defining and operationalizing enterprise-wide processes and governance
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with technical and architectural teams
  • Master’s Degree in related field (preferred)
  • Certification in an EA framework (e.g., TOGAF Certified) (preferred)
  • Experience in industrial systems, manufacturing, or operational technology (OT) environments (preferred)
  • Prior experience maturing an Architecture Management Office (AMO) or similar EA governance function (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in an EA context (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
