Manager

• Establish joint go-to-market and monetization strategies to support existing and new strategic alliances.
• Manage the full program lifecycle for multiple OEM partner integrations simultaneously—from onboarding and technical setup through go-live and ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain meticulous program organization across the portfolio, owning dashboards, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and status reporting that provide leadership and partners with a clear and accurate view of program health at all times.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to partner timelines and commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for this set of partners, building trusted relationships with partner-side stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive functions.
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders simultaneously, navigating differing priorities, communication styles, and expectations with clarity and diplomacy.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, legal, sales, and finance teams—acting as the connective tissue that keeps all parties aligned and delivery unblocked.
• Manage partner onboarding processes, including licensing setup, API/SDK access provisioning, certification requirements, and go-to-market documentation, coordinating across multiple internal owners with precision.
• Apply a high standard of attention to detail across all program outputs, from partner-facing communications and integration documentation to contract schedules and compliance checklists.
• Support commercial processes, including contract management, volume tracking, and renewal coordination, in close collaboration with legal and channel sales teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of program frameworks, processes, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and scalability across the portfolio.

Alliance Manager, OEMs – Strategic Alliances

Engineer

• Lead and oversee the most complex, multi-product, enterprise-scale deployments across Forcepoint's COTS cyber portfolio
• Serve as the definitive escalation point for critical technical issues across the PS organization
• Prepare and deliver executive-level technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for C-suite and government leadership audiences
• Represent PS as a subject matter authority in customer advisory boards, industry conferences, and partner forums
• Function as a strategic technical advisor and co-seller at the highest account tiers
• Define and govern integration architecture standards across the PS organization
• Own the formal product feedback and roadmap influence process for the PS organization
• Mentor and technically develop Principal (Prof5) and Senior (Prof4) engineers

Senior Principal Cyber Engineer

Account Manager

• New account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accounts
• Working with the Area Vice President to develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
• Effectively engage sales resources (SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives) on the development and implementation of customer account plans
• Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities
• Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
• Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities
• Exceed sales quota
• Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
