• Help to drive strong adoption of the new communications platform, particularly in our stores.
• Co-design clear, practical communications to help embed the new communications platforms alongside our training, change and adoption plans.
• Support our communications partners to create engaging comms, toolkits and templates that support major EEx milestones.
• Over time, your focus will expand to improving operational support centre-to-frontline communications, making sure messages are easy to understand, relevant and genuinely useful.
• Meaningfully shift the quality and consistency of our internal communications by developing smart communications processes and templates
• Coach our key content creators on how to produce effective and visual communications that meet the needs of our diverse brands and audiences
• Partner with stores and distribution centres to strengthen the quality of daily communications across the co-op.
• Use feedback and insights to continually lift our game and find better ways to connect and engage with our people on the frontline with customers.
• Add your expertise to the communication of key change initiatives so they land effectively for our busy store teams.

Communications Specialist – EEx Programme

Events

• Planning and coordinating events that are part of our 2027 National Foodstuffs Expo
• Working in partnership with the Senior Event Manager and Expo team to build and maintain relationships with external and internal partners
• Managing and supporting event logistics and administration including venue liaison, registration management, event supplier management, catering, managing audio visual elements, coordination of production of event-related collateral and materials, agency management, attendee communication, budget management, and onsite support and delivery
• Detailed health and safety plans to support our events and ensuring these are met
• Working in partnership with our Internal Communications team to ensure we have high quality event communications

Events Manager

Software Engineer

• Develop and advise on e-learning modules, digital learning resources and other content development to ensure ‘best in class’ learner experiences.
• Contribute to a world class Learning function through up to date, modern learning design skills with aptitude for rapid-build using AI technology.
• Design and develop eLearning and digital learning content that is suitable and engaging to create an awesome learner experience.
• Liaise with and direct external Instructional Design Partners to support content build resource capability.
• Partner with stakeholders in the business to consult, design and deliver experiences that meet business needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with Learning Team members to create future-proofed learning that’s easy to engage with and creates measurable capability uplift.
• Work closely with our LMS Manager to schedule and deploy learning assets in the Learning System.

• Partner across the business to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes covering non-stock procurement
• Manage a range of concurrent projects from simple renewals to full RFX processes
• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships
• Complete spend analysis and use insights to recommend optimal solutions
• Draft agreements, SoWs, and ensure procurement processes are followed
