About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end deployment of major retail change into store network
- Ensure initiatives are practical, sequenced effectively, and delivered successfully in real trading environments
- Manage the change pipeline across stores, ensuring readiness, coordinating rollout activity, and supporting teams through go-live and stabilisation
- Lead a team of Store Trainers and deployment specialists, building a consistent, scalable, and practical approach to change across the network
- Key initiatives include large-scale programmes such as POS transformation, SAP and enterprise system rollouts, store openings, Change of Ownership activity, and regulatory change.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering large-scale operational change in multi-site retail or frontline environments
- Proven success leading deployment of complex programmes, systems, or operating model changes
- Strong leadership experience managing field teams, trainers, and cross-functional delivery resources
- Experience with major system rollouts (POS, SAP, ERP or similar platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and pipeline management capability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
