Retail Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary helpdesk for store opening and COO operational support
- Log, triage, resolve or escalate queries through support channels
- Support stores during readiness, opening, and stabilisation phases
- Assist Operators and Store Leadership with systems, processes, and operational readiness
- Maintain accurate records of issues, actions, and outcomes
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent operational support
- Support refurbishment and change initiatives across the network
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years’ experience in retail operations, store support, or coordination roles
- Experience supporting store openings, refurbishments, or transitions
- Strong understanding of grocery or multi-site retail operations
- Experience working with systems (SAP or similar) and troubleshooting issues
- Proven ability to prioritise, triage, and resolve operational challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A customer-first, store-first mindset
