About the role
- Own the trading and profitability performance of your region
- Conduct structured store call cycles with focus on sales uplift and trading execution
- Deliver meaningful, action orientated store reviews
- Coach store leaders with emphasis on sales-driving behaviours
- Use SAP, customer metrics, and insights to analyze store performance
Requirements
- Strong understanding of what drives retail performance
- Commercially astute, customer-focused, and results-oriented
- Knack for driving retail sales and performance through coaching and influencing abilities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Comfortable using data to analyze performance
- Ability to travel and occasionally be away from home overnight.
