• Lead revenue recognition activities in compliance with ASC 606 and applicable GAAP guidance.
• Establish and maintain annual Standalone Selling Price (SSP) pricing frameworks.

• Independently propose and drive the experience strategy and vision for an entire product line to align the experience with Product-led roadmap and company goals

• Develop and Execute GTM Strategies: Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market expansions, and product updates to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicate the value of our products to target audiences across various channels.
• Customer and Market Research: Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Events

• End-to-end management of all national and regional trade shows, including vendor coordination, budgeting, event logistics, and post-event analysis.
• Ownership of Follett Software’s annual Sales Kickoff (SKO)—from initial planning to onsite execution and post-event feedback.
• Oversight of our growing webinar program, ensuring each session aligns with campaign and product priorities while engaging the right audiences.
• Support of customer experience programs, including customer advisory boards, user group events, and community-building efforts.
• Management of the Follett Software master events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and visibility across teams.

Events Manager

People Operations

• Support and execute People systems work across the employee lifecycle, including configuring workflows, launching surveys and programs, supporting reporting, and enabling effective use of tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with administration and effective use of our People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, performance, engagement, recognition, and compliance tools.
• Support job changes and other employee lifecycle updates, ensuring employee data remains accurate and systems are kept up to date.
• Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with the People team.
• Support ongoing compliance work, including policy acknowledgements, required trainings, audits, and documentation.
• Partner with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to support reporting, audits, and data integrity.

Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects in Oracle EBS.
• Develop and support EBS APIs and Interfaces for Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Ensure content is repurposed effectively across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media.
