• Provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers and other business constituents.
• Grow FMC’s footprint in the southeast & central Texas markets.
• Ensure distributor and retail account activities are aligned with regional initiatives.
• Report to and work with the Regional Business Manager to meet targets.
• Generate significant annual revenue for the organization.
• Manage customer accounts and identify new prospects.
• Develop and execute account plans and prepare sales presentations.
• Obtain and communicate market information related to sales volumes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for increased sales.

Field Sales Representative – Southeast / Central Texas

• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Manage key customer relationships and drive business growth across an assigned territory.
• Assess customer needs and develop tailored strategies that deliver mutual value.
• Monitor performance of key accounts and adjust strategies to ensure sales, margin, and growth objectives are met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and customer-centric solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability expectations for the assigned territory or key accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with peer sales professionals and corporate commercial colleagues to maximize account impact.
