Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience, or High School Diploma and 13+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Certified Crop Advisor or MBA a plus
  • Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Proven track record in making an instant impact on sales in a given territory
