About the role

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for social advertising features in Fluency’s platform in collaboration with the Director of Product
  • Conduct market research to evaluate and prioritize opportunities aligned to business goals (lower CAC, scale revenue, accelerate recognition)
  • Institute and manage best practices for qualitative user feedback and quantitative data analytics in product development
  • Drive and measure feature-level user adoption to support iterative improvement
  • Support development and delivery of weekly and monthly milestones aligned with quarterly product plans
  • Contribute to revenue modeling and define pricing strategies for product offerings
  • Lead adoption of new products/features through rollout plans and internal/external marketing materials
  • Identify and solve complex platform, systems, and infrastructure business problems and surface blockers
  • Partner with technical leaders to ensure alignment with product vision and collaboratively solve challenges
  • Regularly communicate progress, learnings, and strategic updates to senior executives
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships focused on quality, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platforms and systems
  • 5+ years of experience working with digital advertising products in social advertising environments, including platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Reddit
  • Proven track record of building and launching products at scale
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to articulate product vision and define roadmaps
  • Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Figma, and Looker
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated success translating customer feedback into high-impact features
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, user personas, and empathy-building techniques (preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills and a metrics-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, and customer feedback tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and executive leadership
  • Fluency is headquartered in Vermont; position is remote US based (applicants should be within the United States)
