About the role

  • Lead enterprise-wide change strategies for AI adoption, AI-powered automation, and agentic systems
  • Drive alignment between technical implementation teams and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions
  • Develop change frameworks, playbooks, and readiness assessments specific to AI and multi-agent deployments
  • Design communication and engagement strategies to help employees understand and embrace agentic technologies
  • Build and manage change champion networks to foster grassroots adoption of AI-driven workflows
  • Conduct change impact analyses to evaluate how AI solutions affect teams, processes, and end users
  • Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, balancing automation opportunities with ethical considerations and workforce impacts
  • Operate in a hybrid consulting environment based in Redmond/Seattle area with travel to client/office up to 4 days per week

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for enterprise-level initiatives
  • Proven experience driving AI-related transformations or agentic system implementations at scale
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci, CCMP, or similar)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts — LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, and AI infrastructure — into business-friendly narratives
  • Background in change enablement for AI-driven process redesign or autonomous system deployment
  • Strong track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leaders through evolving, high-visibility initiatives
  • Experience leading AI agent adoption programs (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, intelligent automation, Copilot integrations) (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience crafting AI adoption roadmaps, workforce readiness strategies, or enterprise L&D programs focused on AI literacy (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor visas or visa extensions
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with ability to travel to the Redmond area up to 4 days per week
  • Candidates based in the Seattle or greater Seattle area preferred
