About the role

  • Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for a high-performing AFH/Foodservice Territory Sales Representative.
  • The TSR in the Away from Home (AFH)/Foodservice division drives sales in a specific geographical area.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Foodservice Operators and Distribution customers, identifies sales opportunities, and meeting revenue and volume targets.
  • Conducts sales visits, provides product demonstrations and distributor sales training, and ensures exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
  • Requires flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • A TSR is responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans to generate profitable revenue in their assigned territory. This includes prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling sales visits.
  • An effective TSR will identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers, expanding the company's customer base.
  • Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in a similar role (preferable in foodservice)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Essential Job Requirements Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. (50–70% of the week)
  • Experience negotiating customer terms and pricing agreements, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
