About the role
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, references, certificates, and HR data in Workday
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Support time tracking in Workday: data corrections, troubleshooting, and employee queries
- Drive recurring HR activities such as pulse surveys and annual HR processes
- Support recruitment throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Lead improvements and digitalization of HR operations, especially in Workday
- Handle operational HR administration across multiple countries and report to the Head of HR in Switzerland
Requirements
- Several years of HR experience in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and cross-country HR processes
- Proactive, independent working style with strong service orientation
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and motivated to improve HR processes
- Experience with Workday
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
