About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for all IT support requests and resolve low-to-medium complexity issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues including access privileges, asset upgrades, new laptop/mobile requests, printers, networking, and AV
  • Escalate or collaborate with manager/director or other analysts for complex issues
  • Lead implementation of low-to-medium complexity IT projects and assist with complex IT initiatives
  • Perform operational duties as assigned: follow defined processes, maintain IT assets inventory, assist vendors where required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years as a help desk technician or other technical customer application/ Hardware support role
  • Troubleshooting environments with both PC/Mac and iOS/Android
  • Vmware Workforce1
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace suite
  • Network - wired & Wifi
  • Printer / laptop / Audio Video setup and configuration
  • User account administration
  • Technical documentation creation
  • Imaging and asset management
