About the role
- Act as first point of contact for all IT support requests and resolve low-to-medium complexity issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues including access privileges, asset upgrades, new laptop/mobile requests, printers, networking, and AV
- Escalate or collaborate with manager/director or other analysts for complex issues
- Lead implementation of low-to-medium complexity IT projects and assist with complex IT initiatives
- Perform operational duties as assigned: follow defined processes, maintain IT assets inventory, assist vendors where required
Requirements
- 1-3 years as a help desk technician or other technical customer application/ Hardware support role
- Troubleshooting environments with both PC/Mac and iOS/Android
- Vmware Workforce1
- Microsoft Office Suite

- Network - wired & Wifi
- Printer / laptop / Audio Video setup and configuration
