About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support (remote & in-person)
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android
- Provide support for Entra, Intune, Defender, and other IT management tools
- Manage access control and assist with compliance audits
- Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through issue resolution
- Support network infrastructure and help maintain up-to-date IT policies
- Push regular cybersecurity simulations and track employee training
- Assist with ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
- Help identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field (Bachelor’s or AAS preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with a range of operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux/iOS/Android)
- Excellent problem-solving and clear communication skills
- Team player who stays calm under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and grow through continuing education
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
