Develop and manage growth relationship of a large, multi-national med-tech partner and potential additional engagements reporting to VP of Global Account Management.
Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities; align Flex resources where mutually beneficial.
Shape propositions to meet client requirements and manage relationship.
Review business metrics (delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financials) and manage internal and external financial elements amid economic challenges.
Forecasting, reducing inventory, and using financial metrics to evaluate financial performance.
Work closely with global project teams to ensure alignment to goals.
Navigate internal stakeholders and build robust service delivery teams.
Requirements
A completed degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field of study.
15 ~20 years relevant work experience as a sales professional in electronic manufacturing services industry with focus on business-to-business and large/strategic customer engagements.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Large account management experience.
Ability to craft and articulate the compelling Health Solutions value proposition for expansion opportunities.
Financial fluency for commercial negotiations for group profitability metrics.
Demonstrated strategic framing and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (Mandarin & English).
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders.
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build robust service delivery teams.
Ability to travel within China / Singapore with periodic global travel.
