The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Operational and Program Support Services contract, ensuring timely and quality performance in alignment with the Department of Commerce’s requirements.
Lead execution of task orders and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Manage performance, schedules, and deliverables for staff augmentation personnel.
Serve as primary liaison between federal personnel and contractor teams.
Facilitate strategic sourcing reporting and ensure timely submission of financial and status reports.
Participate in post-award and progress meetings, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure staff report to duty within ten (10) business days from task order issuance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal program management, including staff augmentation contracts.
Proven leadership and contract oversight skills in a federal environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with FAR regulations and IDIQ/T&M contract structures.
Knowledge in strategic sourcing, reporting, and performance metrics.
