Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Program Committee.
Focus on executing defined tasks that help ensure the smooth flow of information, accurate program data, and timely follow-up on Committee action items.
Prepare agendas, take comprehensive meeting notes, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Experience, Sales, Marketing) to address program-related requests.
Enter, update, and verify program information in Airtable and other platforms.
Perform daily downloads of program data for version control and maintain organized archives.
Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent data entries, ensuring data integrity.
Provide guidance on data entry standards and best practices.
Maintain accurate and timely updates across systems used by multiple teams.
Create simple dashboards, reports, and summaries based on program data to support decision-making.
Edit and format documents for clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.
Conduct targeted research on a variety of topics within the energy sector, including emerging technologies, policy changes, market trends, and key industry challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, ideally in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in events, program operations, or project coordination, preferably in a conference or large-scale event environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Airtable (or other database tools) and Monday.com.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify technical or program-related information.
Experience in or exposure to the energy sector is preferred, but not required.
