Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
Manage updates to large-scale information systems
Oversee the product lifecycle for the trainings that reside in the Engineering space
Partner with the business to develop and communicate an L&D portfolio strategy
Create measurement, metrics and performance tools to drive portfolio insight
Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and manage complex programs from initiation through completion
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope
Deploy development tools and monitor implementation
Oversee curriculum development and review course content and instructional materials
Requirements
5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering teams
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
5+ years of experience formally or informally leading training development programs
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
Experience with Engineering Systems (ex. Catia)
5+ years of experience with Data Analytics/Project Management Tools including but not limited to: Excel, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops (ADO)),Clarity PPM
