About the role
- Coordinate with senior executives, product, engineering, and strategy teams.
- Manage ambiguity by aligning on KPIs and key business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and program tracking.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and organization.
- Drive root-cause analysis, milestone monitoring, and weekly performance reporting to leadership.
- Measure program success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer feedback, and cross-functional reviews.
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and recommend process improvements.
- Hire, mentor, and develop associates.
- Promote continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
- Leading a cross-functional team.
- Retail Link experience.
- Working with profit and loss responsibilities.
