- Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
- Manage updates to large-scale, information systems
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs
- Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope
- Oversee curriculum development and review course content and instructional materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- 5+ years of experience formally or informally leading training development programs
