Plan, execute, and maintain all medical and clinical support programs at ACT
Serve as the primary operational point-of-contact for all ACT provider members
Manage and streamline the member onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing engagement process
Oversee the operational requirements of ACT’s medical malpractice program
Manage the development, review, and dissemination of clinical protocols, best practice guides, and educational materials
Maintain and strengthen strong connections with associated national, state, and local medical organizations
Facilitate clear communication between the Director of Medical Strategy and the broader ACT team
Plan and coordinate all logistics for key internal and external ally meetings
Be responsible for the operational development and execution of new initiatives and projects
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in program management or operations
Preferably in a reproductive care or health-focused nonprofit setting
Must demonstrate a clear understanding of reproductive health care delivery in the U.S.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects
Highly organized with intense attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated resiliency and the ability to quickly adapt work to meet evolving demands
