• Support customer projects with migrations, troubleshooting, and the updating of production environments
• Support sales and pre-sales teams in developing customer-specific solutions
• Act as a point of contact for customers and employees

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Planung und Implementierung von Projekten im Bereich Microsoft-IT-Infrastruktur
• Unterstützung in Kundenprojekten bei Migrationen, Fehlerbeseitigungen oder der Aktualisierung von produktiven Umgebungen
• Unterstützung des Vertriebes und des Pre-Sales bei der kundenspezifischen Lösungsfindung
• Ansprechperson für Kunden und Beschäftigte

System Engineer – Microsoft-Infrastruktur

Consultant

• Build and maintain customers' network infrastructure (especially HPE Aruba)
• Configure, migrate, and maintain firewall solutions (Sophos, Forcepoint)
• Set up and integrate proxy services (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Mail, …)
• Design, deploy, and maintain WLAN infrastructures
• Support the development of new security options for our customers
• Provide technical support for preparing project proposals and planning their implementation

Network and Firewall Consultant

• Aufbau & Wartung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur unserer Kunden (insbesondere HPE Aruba)
• Einrichtung, Migration und Wartung von Firewall-Lösungen (Sophos, Forcepoint)
• Einrichtung und Anbindung von Proxy-Diensten (http/https, DNS, Mail,…)
• Konzeptionierung, Aufbau und Wartung von WLAN-Infrastrukturen
• Unterstützung in der Entwicklung neuer Sicherheitsoptionen für unsere Kunden
• Technische Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten zu Projekten sowie deren Umsetzungsplanung
