About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Central point of contact for all internal IT requests, including analysis, prioritization, and handling of incidents and service requests in 1st & 2nd level support
Competent support of employees on-site, by phone and remote, as well as IT onboarding & offboarding of colleagues
Support and administration of the Microsoft-based system landscape, in particular Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online and Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android)
Provision of functioning workstations including hardware procurement, notebooks, peripherals and mobile devices
Careful documentation of all activities in the ticketing system as well as maintenance and expansion of the internal knowledge base
Analysis of recurring incidents, active contribution to sustainable solutions and close technical exchange within the team
Independent participation and taking partial responsibility in internal IT projects, rollouts and technical developments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT education (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in 1st & 2nd level support, ideally in internal IT
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office products (Microsoft 365) and Windows Servers
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong service and team orientation
