Account Executive

• The AppraisalPRO team is looking for an Account Executive to play a crucial role in the growth and introduction of AppraisalPRO to franchise and independent dealership clients. We are looking for a hungry sales professional with a proven track record as an SDR and/or entry level Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-volume lead flow process to rapidly turn these leads into closed-won opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role.
• FIXD is located in Atlanta, GA, and is Hybrid (2-3 days a week in-office).

Customer Success Manager

• Onboard dealership customers to AppraisalPRO and conduct initial training
• Quickly and effectively aid customers in resolving technical problems and coordinate with internal engineering teams to resolve any issues
• Proactively provide support by actively monitoring product usage to identify red flags
• Influence and build rapport with key decision-makers in order to become their trusted advisor
• Secure referrals to other potential dealership customers from existing customers
• Present recommendations on platform and user experience improvements to our Product and Engineering teams
