Play a pivotal role in driving target account engagement, account expansion, and pipeline acceleration for strategic customer accounts in the Strategic Expansion segment
Partner with sales to prioritize high-value target accounts and expansion opportunities
Utilize account plans to outline key decision-makers, buying committee dynamics, and specific business challenges for named, Tier 1 accounts
Craft compelling, multi-channel ABM campaigns designed to engage target accounts across all stages of the buyer's journey
Manage the personalization and distribution of high-quality content (white papers, case studies, webinars) and create custom microsites tailored to target accounts
Create targeted 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM campaigns to build awareness, increase engagement, create new opportunities, and mature pipeline for upsell opportunities
Leverage campaign performance data, customer insights, product adoption metrics, and buying signals to refine strategies and deliver personalized ABM programs
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend data-driven optimizations
Measure and report on the ROI of ABM programs, demonstrating impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital, and Demand Generation teams
Stay up-to-date on the latest ABM trends and best practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a strong focus on ABM
Proven track record of developing, executing and tracking successful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise accounts, including Display, Email, Chat, 1:1 Events, and Gifting campaigns
In-depth knowledge of the ABM methodology and best practices
Strong understanding of buyer personas, journey mapping, and account-based orchestration
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase and Rollworks, or similar technologies
Familiarity with DemandBase, Rollworks, Webflow, Marketo, Mutiny, Postal.io, SFDC, and Looker
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven approach with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies
