About the role

  • Responsible for overall business partnership with the client from a strategic and consultative perspective
  • Develop and implement growth strategy for the strategic client partnership
  • Leverage Fiserv solutions to maximize client’s growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive incremental Fiserv revenue
  • Identify and build a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities
  • Lead retention of the partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals
  • Cultivate and improve relationships across multi-level and teams at the client
  • Establish and use strong internal relationships and networks across Fiserv
  • Manage client communications and expectations around issues
  • Articulate and leverage Fiserv delivery models in support of the client’s business agenda

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnership management
  • Experience managing and growing relationships and revenue with large/complex organizations
  • Consistent track record to negotiate and close deals
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline and/or equivalent military experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the financial industry or technology sector (preferred)
  • Advanced consultative selling skills
  • Ability to close high-stakes deals
  • Expertise in analyzing metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading discussions with senior-level partners to generate results
  • Knowledge of business and operations in the financial industry (preferred)
  • MBA degree (preferred)
