• report to our Head of Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA)
• monitor, analyze, and create a view on a range of major ongoing political and economic issues in the regional SSA economy
• be part of FrontierView's SSA Strategic Insights (SI) team
• produce all syndicated content for FrontierView's client base in the region
• provide impactful analysis, forecasts, and executional advice for a senior executive audience
• work in close collaboration with the commercial team in supporting FrontierView's growth strategy and ongoing client relationships

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their training and account configuration needs are met and lead to product adoption and renewal
• Demonstrate mastery in all products within the Public Policy/Issues Management and Advocacy lines of business (currently 5 core products)
• Deliver on-site (as applicable) and webinar training for our full product suite across all clients
• Leverage account health metrics to proactively focus on customers to reduce risk and drive product adoption and usage
• Analyze clients’ current usage of products and suggest 'best practices' that increase customer efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influential site contacts at assigned client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage high value, strategic client relationships focused on growing existing business and ensuring high retention rates
• Achieve new business growth targets through up-sell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
• Be responsible for all aspects of renewals and deliver results against monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast objective
• Lead and manage the renewal process
• Meet with existing accounts and conduct needs and business impact analysis of current product portfolio
