About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as clients' advocate and unofficial consultant

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government and/or technology
  • Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software
  • Experience working in an account management/client success capacity with a SaaS product
  • High-performance record of sales and retention
  • Ability to successfully lead in-person meetings/demos with C-Suite level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as exceptional time & organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce strongly preferred
