• Process loan transactions: Perform clerical duties to support mortgage loan processing and servicing activities.
• Prepare loan files: Organize and prepare mortgage files for imaging and record retention.
• Generate payoff statements: Prepare and deliver accurate payoff information for mortgage loans.
