Content Marketing Manager

• Partner closely with R&D, Creative Services, and Product to explore and apply the latest AI content-generation techniques to Firework’s video commerce platform
• Get hands-on creating content using Firework’s in-house AI tools and agents, iterating quickly to see what works and sharing what you learn
• Support AI feature launches by working with Creative Services, Product, and GTM teams to make sure creative assets and workflows are ready for release
• Assist translating R&D prototypes into production-ready creative workflows, surfacing issues and gathering feedback from creative and success teams
• Take on cross-functional coordination between the teams as needed as new AI capabilities roll out

AI Content Intern

Account Executive

• Work cross-functionally with the team to set priorities and make key strategic decisions for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries
• Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, and close
• Grow, establish, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business objectives and strategic priorities and delivering value in order to meet assigned revenue goals
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and customized proposals tailored to executive audiences
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Integration Solutions to align on strategies to ensure successful integration and world-class customer experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine processes, playbooks, and frameworks that help shape and scale go-to-market strategies efficiently

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Sales

• Build and execute enterprise account plans grounded in proactive research, outbound prospecting, and strategic demand generation
• Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, discovery, demo, solution design, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and close
• Drive multi-threaded enterprise conversations across digital, marketing, commerce, innovation, and IT teams
• Sell a complex SaaS platform by deeply understanding customer challenges and mapping Firework solutions to their business outcomes
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Integration Solutions to align on strategies to ensure successful integration, world-class customer experiences, and long-term client impact
• Provide product and GTM feedback to support ongoing product innovation and roadmap development
• Track KPIs around revenue, pipeline health, and sales activity; refine strategy and decision-making based on insights
• Travel to client meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed (30-40% expected)

Director, Enterprise Sales

• Manage the full inside sales cycle—from inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting through product demos, negotiation, and close—entirely via phone, video, and email
• Drive outbound pipeline generation through targeted outreach to enterprise accounts across North America, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries quickly, ensuring a high-quality buyer experience from first contact through conversion
• Own accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and forecasting in Salesforce; maintain a disciplined cadence of follow-up and pipeline hygiene
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers by deeply understanding their business objectives and connecting Firework’s capabilities to their specific goals
• Prepare and deliver compelling virtual presentations, product demos, and customized proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs
