• Act as a strategic business partner to assigned book of business of enterprise accounts in a variety of verticals across brands and retailers and lead as the point of contact focused on long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Responsible for growing customer lifetime value, which includes identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities, reducing churn, and partnering with teams to impact revenue.
• Support the team to provide an exceptional service experience, including onboarding and integration, analysis on utilization ROI, and strategy recommendations; own the entire post-sale customer journey.
• Forecast, drive, and negotiate renewal and upsell terms to improve retention and expansion rates; collaborate with Sales and RevOps accordingly.
• Act as the voice of the customer and partner cross-functionally with teams to collect product feedback to achieve measurable product adoption objectives.
• Analyze usage data and customer behavior to deliver value-driven touchpoints, insights, personalized recommendations.
• Lead and conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins to demonstrate ROI and deepen customer relationships.
• Support all day-to-day business operations associated with customers including month end billing review of partners and continuous process and documentation improvements.

• Build and execute enterprise account plans grounded in proactive research, outbound prospecting, and strategic demand generation
• Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, discovery, demo, solution design, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and close
• Drive multi-threaded enterprise conversations across digital, marketing, commerce, innovation, and IT teams
• Sell a complex SaaS platform by deeply understanding customer challenges and mapping Firework solutions to their business outcomes
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align on strategies to ensure successful integration, world-class customer experiences, and long-term client impact
• Provide product and GTM feedback to support ongoing product innovation and roadmap development
• Track KPIs around revenue, pipeline health, and sales activity; refine strategy and decision-making based on insights
• Travel to client meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed (30-40% expected)

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Across Functions: Manage end-to-end hiring across India and Southeast Asia for roles spanning the entire org — creative, technical, and non-technical of various levels. Run sharp intakes, calibrate on what "great" looks like for each role, and design interview loops that surface signal quickly.
• AI-Powered, Unconventional Sourcing: Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI sourcing tools (Gem, hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Clay, Apollo) to identify, research, and engage talent across functions. Go beyond LinkedIn — find creatives on Behance, Dribbble, Substack, and X; engineers on GitHub, Kaggle, and open source; leaders through alumni networks, executive newsletters, and warm-intro mapping.
• Build & Automate Your Own Stack: Treat recruiting like a product. Prototype prompts, wire up workflows, and build lightweight tools that compress time-to-hire and improve match quality. Share what you build with the rest of the talent org so the whole team gets faster.
• Outreach That Actually Converts: Craft personalized, high-signal outreach using AI-assisted research and drafting — and write copy that lands differently for a creative director than for a Sr. Enterprise Sales. Test new angles, measure response rates, and iterate on what works across roles and markets.
• Candidate Experience: Be the kind of recruiter candidates remember for the right reasons — responsive, well-prepared, transparent, and a strong advocate from first message through offer.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Run sharp intakes, drive accountability across interview loops, and keep loops moving. Push back when needed and bring data to the conversation.
• Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Track funnel health, source effectiveness, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire across markets and functions. Bring weekly insights to hiring managers and leadership, and use the data to refocus where it matters.

Contract Talent Partner

• Serve as a senior creative partner to clients, translating brand objectives into AI-driven video commerce experiences that elevate storytelling and drive conversion
• Manage projects end to end — planning, creative direction, AI generation, human-in-the-loop review, post-production, delivery, and wrap — with our local and global Creative Services team
• Grow regional revenue by joining Sales on calls or meetings and confidently pitching new and expanding Creative Services offerings to prospective clients and existing customers maximizing overall contract value
• Lead project meetings (kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews) and communicate clear action steps, timelines, and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights — combined with rapid AI iteration — to refine creative, test variants at scale, and continuously improve outcomes
• Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape (new models, tools, and techniques) and bring innovative recommendations to clients and the internal team
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business needs against technical and AI-tooling constraints, and make confident trade-offs
• Partner with global Creative Services, Product, and Engineering teams to shape Firework’s AI content roadmap and bring new capabilities to market
