Location: Remote (Approved U.S. Locations Only) with eligible locations across multiple states.
Role: Director of Operations responsible for driving revenue through effective operations, overseeing ROMs, standardizing Gear Wash operations, and supporting Gear Tracker rollout; ensure verification and compliance with safety program; manage team and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities: leadership and management, standardization, software implementation, verification and compliance, UL relationship management, operational excellence, safety program development, customer satisfaction and engagement, maintenance and facilities, collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and partnership with Business Development; reporting to senior management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field or commensurate work experience.
7+ years of experience in general operations management, demonstrating a strong track record of improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements.
3+ years of multi-site, multi-state operational leadership with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and associate development, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with software implementation and project management.
Knowledge of industry standards, including NFPA, and safety regulations.
Ability to travel to various Gear Wash sites as needed with an estimated 50% travel.
Experience with personal protective equipment (PPE), maintenance and care is preferred.
