Strategic AWS Alliances Manager

People Operations

• Daily Operations: Manage all office essentials, including inventory of groceries, supplies, and kitchen restocking. Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Vendor Management: Own the end-to-end relationship with service providers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing routine purchasing, and tracking the office budget.
• Aesthetic & Maintenance: Ensure the office remains pristine and professional. Coordinate with cleaning staff and serve as the primary liaison for building management and landlords.
• Technical Support: Provide "first-line" support for meeting room setups, including Zoom Rooms, projectors, and audio equipment.

Account Executive

• The Enterprise Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position where you will own the full sales cycle from start to finish, including hunting for new prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, contract negotiation, and closing.
• You are expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of Finout’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI.
• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the Finout solution.
• Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on Finout.
• You may travel up to 25% of the time (on-site customer meetings and/or industry events).

Enterprise Account Executive

• Recruit, onboard, and train a growing SDR team. Set a high bar and drive performance against ambitious monthly and quarterly targets from day one.
• Spend meaningful time in the trenches with the team. Run call coaching in Gong, sequence reviews, and role plays to build consultative, solution-based selling skills.
• Own SDR analytics and insights. Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline creation, prospecting activity, and conversion rates to the VP of Marketing and executive leadership.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to run multichannel outbound campaigns, follow up on field events, and ensure smooth lead-to-opportunity workflows.

Full-stack Engineer

• Architect the Growth Engine: Own the planning, development, and execution of complex data pipelines across our GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce). You will ensure that data doesn't just "sync," but intelligently flows to inform decisions.
• Build & Deploy AI Agents: Design and implement autonomous AI agents (using Python/LLMs) that handle lead research, outbound personalization, and signal processing. (Requires 2+ years of experience in AI implementation).
• Orchestrate Inbound & Outbound: Engineer the workflows that allow us to scale our motions. You will build the logic that determines if a prospect gets a personalized email, an ad, or a human call—automating the "decisioning" layer of our funnel.
• Bridge Ops and Growth: Serve as the technical translator between the Growth team’s high-velocity experiments and the Ops team’s governance requirements. You will build the API connectors and scripts that allow us to move fast without breaking our data hygiene.
• Data Enrichment & Integrity: Manage advanced enrichment waterfalls (e.g., in Clay) to surface high-intent signals and ensure our CRM data is actionable and pristine.

GTM Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Full ownership of the customer’s enablement and value-realization processes.
• Managing the complete customer lifecycle with an emphasis on adoption, renewal, and growth.
• Proactively identify risk factors and act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Technical assistance and support collaboration for the entire US Enterprise segment.

• Own and develop frameworks for pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and revenue performance.
• Drive ICP definition, account segmentation, and data-driven territory design to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities.
