  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client success.\n
  • Client Communication and Reporting\n
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for monthly and quarterly client calls to review outcomes, performance metrics, and feedback.\n
  • Promote awareness and adoption of new products and services during client interactions.\n
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports that highlight value and support decision-making.\n
  • PEO Account Management and Sales\n
  • Manage PEO partner accounts and identify opportunities for new sales within payroll channel partnerships.\n
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with PEO partners.\n
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and organizational offerings to maximize success.\n
  • PrismHR Strategic Account Management\n
  • Serve as the primary strategic account manager for the PrismHR partnership.\n
  • Oversee day-to-day account activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives.\n
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the partnership and deliver measurable results.\n
  • Enterprise Sales Pipeline Development\n
  • Develop, maintain, and manage an enterprise sales pipeline, identifying high-value opportunities.\n
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets.\n
  • Regularly update and report on pipeline performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
