Ensure compliance with data security protocols to protect client and company information.
Partner with the Vice President of Accounting Services to establish and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supervise daily operations to ensure service excellence and alignment with performance expectations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of financial leadership experience
Experience with CRM and financial platforms preferred
Must demonstrate a blend of financial acumen, strategic leadership, and a proven track record of driving organizational success
