  • Departmental Responsibilities Achieve departmental goals aligned with company priorities, including growth, client retention, engagement duration, and overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and analyze performance reports to support data-driven decisions and track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Define and execute a strategic vision for the Accounting Services Department, ensuring all roles contribute to enhanced client value.
  • Oversee and refine processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with data security protocols to protect client and company information.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Accounting Services to establish and monitor departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure service excellence and alignment with performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective hiring, continuous training, and resource support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of financial leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM and financial platforms preferred
  • Must demonstrate a blend of financial acumen, strategic leadership, and a proven track record of driving organizational success
