• You take ownership of our entire performance marketing across Meta, Google, and new channels.
• You manage and challenge existing agencies with the goal of gradually building in-house expertise.
• You optimize six-figure budgets and ensure sustainable profitability, with a focus on achieving a MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) above 2.5.
• You develop scalable creative strategies and derive systematic tests for new ads, angles, and formats.
• You build new channels such as influencer and affiliate marketing in a structured way and assess their scaling potential.
• You work data-driven along our unit economics and consistently optimize the ratio of CLV to CAC.
• You drive CRO initiatives in the shop and work specifically towards a conversion rate above 4.5%.
• You advance our tracking and attribution setup and bring it to the next level.
