About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- CRM Ownership: You will be responsible for our entire CRM setup — both strategically and operationally.
- Campaigns & Flows: All campaigns, flows, automations, segmentations, reviews, customer insights and surveys run through you — always with a clear focus on revenue, contribution margin (DB3) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Channels include email, phone, WhatsApp and print mailings.
- Copywriting & Briefings: You develop data-driven copy, creative and campaign hypotheses, implement them yourself or translate them into clear briefs for agencies/freelancers.
- Customer Journey: You build a lifecycle journey from scratch that turns first-time buyers into loyal repeat customers.
- Customer Insights: You systematically identify why customers buy, don’t buy or don’t return and translate purchase drivers, objections, desires and real customer voices into better CRM campaigns, landing pages, creatives and performance marketing angles.
- Customer Satisfaction: You build systems to systematically collect and analyze NPS, CSAT, reviews and customer feedback and translate them into concrete improvements and new products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Copywriting: You are an exceptional copywriter and write brilliant text that not only sounds good but convincingly sells.
- Klaviyo: You are a Klaviyo expert and know exactly how to maximize CLV with the right flows, campaigns and segments.
- Unit Economics: You can effortlessly calculate from DB1 to DB3 and can name our unit economics and key KPIs in your sleep.
- WhatsApp: You have initial experience in WhatsApp marketing — ideally with Chatarmin.
- Print Mailings: You know how to concept, execute and measure postcards, direct mail and other print mailings correctly.
- AI-first: You use AI not as a gimmick but as a real productivity and quality lever.
- High Stress Resilience: You stay calm even when things don’t go as planned.
- Self-Responsibility: You work 100% independently, structured and consistently prioritize the levers that demonstrably drive growth, CLV and profitability.
- Nice to have: Experience with CRO, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or A/B testing logic
- Nice to have: Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Nice to have: Experience with subscription-based D2C products
- Nice to have: Experience with Shopify, Typeform and Replo
- Nice to have: Experience at a D2C, e-commerce or premium consumer brand
