In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, performant, and responsive user interfaces that power our trading, borrow and earn marketplace. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences for retail and institutional users.\n• As a senior technical leader, you will help set front-end architecture direction, uphold high engineering standards, and mentor engineers to foster technical growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence the front-end foundation of a high-growth, fast-paced financial platform.\n• What You’ll Do –\n• Architect, design, and build high-performance React applications that power trading experiences and dashboards.\n• Build reusable UI components and systems that scale across products and teams.\n• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and execute on key product initiatives.\n• Drive frontend performance optimization, security, and maintainability.\n• Establish and uphold best practices in code quality, testing, documentation, and accessibility.\n• Lead large-scale technical initiatives, proactively identify architectural challenges, and propose scalable solutions.\n• Contribute to improving developer experience through tooling, CI/CD, and internal libraries.\n• Mentor other engineers and influence engineering culture through collaboration and technical leadership.
