• Own the success of a portfolio of top Fieldwire customers, supporting complex stakeholder structures and deployments across multiple teams and projects
• Build relationships with executive sponsors, customer champions, admins, and end users—earning trust through outcomes and day-to-day partnership
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customer initiatives, operational goals, and measurable outcomes
• Support and lead business reviews and success check-ins, communicating value, adoption progress, risks, and opportunities to both executive stakeholders and frontline teams (admins and end users)

Strategic Construction Manager

Conversion Rate Optimizer

• Owning and optimizing Fieldwire’s website experience, improving messaging, navigation, and conversion across high-traffic pages including the homepage, demo request flows, and key product pages.
• Analyzing and improving visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo conversion rates by identifying friction points and implementing data-driven improvements to forms, CTAs, and user journeys.
• Building and scaling lifecycle marketing programs (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and activation) with a focus on turning engaged leads into pipeline.
• Designing and running an experimentation framework across website and lifecycle channels, owning the test roadmap and translating results into actionable iteration.

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform
• Understand client needs and tech stack in order to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into a company’s day-to-day workflows
• Manage a portfolio of new prospective clients in the process of discovering and evaluating the Fieldwire platform (the sales team is responsible for generating the leads)
• Build deep, trusting relationships at a fast pace with multiple companies with divers use cases
• Conduct web-based and in-person trainings and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire; create Fieldwire Project configuration and best practices guides for general and specialty contractor use cases
• Assist the product team in identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements; provide relevant feedback in design reviews of new features in development
• Troubleshoot, as necessary, to help communicate answers to product questions and resolve technical issues throughout the sales and trial process
