About the role
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to key buyers, designing tailored recruiting strategies that address unique goals and marketplace needs.
- Lead and execute scalable talent delivery programs, using data insights to identify gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align strategies, increase adoption, and ensure customer success.
- Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs and tools by testing new approaches, refining processes, and sharing best practices through training and enablement.
- Support client success by resolving escalations, maintaining clear documentation, and influencing product enhancements based on buyer and provider feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent strategy, client services, or marketplace operations, preferably in field services or similar industries.
- Proven ability to advise customers, think strategically, and tailor solutions to complex and evolving needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track outcomes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and driving innovation in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with high attention to detail and a self-directed mindset.
