About the role
- Support the design, execution, and optimization of geothermal drilling operations
- Take ownership of a defined project that delivers measurable improvements to drilling performance
- Collaborate with drilling engineers and operations teams to apply advanced techniques and analyze performance data
- Participate in site visits and gain hands-on exposure to drilling operations
- Assist with well design, planning, and drilling operations
Requirements
- Current student in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to travel to field sites
- Preferred: Prior upstream oil & gas or drilling-related experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with cementing, drilling equipment, or wellbore integrity concepts
- Preferred: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with measurable outcomes
- Preference for rising seniors; strong juniors considered
