About the role

Gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of the geothermal completions process
Assist in the planning and execution of hydraulic fracturing operations
Collaborate with engineers to gather and analyze data for completion design
Support field operations by conducting data collection and monitoring equipment during well completions
Participate in post-fracturing analysis and reporting, including performance evaluation and optimization recommendations
Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends related to hydraulic fracturing
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Provide practical field exposure and analytical project work to advance geothermal drilling

Currently pursuing a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
Previous internship or field experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus but not required
Regular in-office presence at the Houston office required
