• Design and optimize acquisition funnels for each product (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, conversion rates)

• Manage multichannel customer support operations (WhatsApp, email, chat) with clear SLAs and metrics
• Design and operate the voice-of-customer system (NPS, CSAT, qualitative surveys) and present insights to leadership monthly
