About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor performance indicators such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Support user acquisition strategy for the Vértuz app and other company products.
- Create, run, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve results.
- Develop campaign reports and monitoring dashboards.
- Set up and monitor measurement tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop campaigns and creatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns for the company’s products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and data analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Nice to have: Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with information products (infoproducts), online education, or financial services.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Experience managing campaigns for mobile applications.
