About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build the Customer Success area from scratch: playbooks, product-specific journeys, SLAs, service models (high-touch, mid-touch, tech-touch) and internal rituals
- Map and operate the customer journey across all Vértuz products, identifying friction points and opportunities to delight customers
- Manage multichannel customer support operations (WhatsApp, email, chat) with clear SLAs and metrics
- Design and operate the voice-of-customer system (NPS, CSAT, qualitative surveys) and present insights to leadership monthly
- Identify customers at risk of churn and execute product-specific retention playbooks
- Coordinate renewals, cross-sell and upsell across ecosystem products
- Build an advocacy program: referrals, case studies and testimonials
- Implement and manage the CS tool stack (helpdesk, CRM, analytics, NPS)
- Lead and develop the CS team as the operation scales
