About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute Vértuz's integrated digital strategy, with an annual growth plan by product
- Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Lead the User Acquisition strategy for the Vértuz app (CPI, retention, conversion to subscription)
- Design and optimize acquisition funnels for each product (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, conversion rates)
- Lead digital execution for all launches (training, PGR, consulting acquisition campaigns and special campaigns)
- Build and maintain the measurement and attribution stack (GA4, GTM, pixels, mobile attribution, dashboards)
- Manage CRM, automations and communication flows (email, WhatsApp, push) by funnel and product
- Coordinate creative production and manage agencies, freelancers and external vendors
- Lead and develop the digital marketing team as the operation scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Strong experience operating paid traffic at scale on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with acquisition funnels in at least two of the following contexts: executive education/high‑ticket info products, digital launches, financial services, B2C SaaS or mobile apps
- Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, server-side tracking and attribution models
- Solid knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, conversion-oriented copywriting and landing page architecture
- Prior experience running digital launches (sequential launches, perpetual/evergreen or live events)
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in mobile app User Acquisition, with mastery of attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust), Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns
- Experience in the financial sector, fintechs or financial services
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI)
- Experience with the Febracis ecosystem
- Intermediate or advanced English
